Camino farewells

I had a Camino hug from Wendy as she dropped me at the ferry....a little nervous and hoping I had everything I needed and nothing extra.
And as I was walking off the ferry on the Vancouver side, a woman admired my pack. She asked where I was going and lit up when I said Spain. She had walked the Camino two years ago and found it life changing. Left her job and home in Fernie and moved to Victoria. Lives two blocks from us. We found seats together on the bus to the Canada Line and continued Camino talk. The chap beside her joined in as he had walked in 2008 and again the trip of a lifetime. So then he says he's from Thunder Bay. I had to ask if he knew our tenants from last year and sure enough he's known Heather for 30 years. Such a small world. We three parted at the Canada line with each of us grinning like fools.
Air France doesn't think there will be a problem with the transfer to Orly, so I'm relaxed and enjoying this beautiful airport.
An aquarium in the middle is the airport!
 Off!!!!
