email clarification

Some of you have responded to my last email. For clarification, and for those of you who have not been spammed or hacked, IF you include an email in a website, like this blog, a lovely spider will crawl the net and find it and start sending spam your way, so when I include my email address on a website, I usually substitutes an asterisk "*" where the @ should be. So my shaw email is my name@shaw.ca and you can insert maryvirtue for my 'name'. After the severe hacking over the new year, I have become especially cautious about posting my email address.
